Please be informed that the Russian government has lifted restrictions on entry for citizens of EAEU countries who take flights from Belarus and Armenia from 1 February until 1 March 2021 included with specific conditions, as per the Decree No. 136-r dated 25.01.2021.
Also, foreign nationals who enter Russia on the basis of approvals from Russian Ministries will be able to check their entry approval using the governmental Public Services portal.
What are the changes?
1. Nationals of EAEU countries (Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and Belarus) may enter Russia during the trial implementation of the EAEU “Travel without COVID-19” program if they meet the following conditions:

As per the statement made by the Operative staff for the prevention of importing and spreading of the new coronavirus infection, foreign nationals who enter Russia on the basis of approvals from Russian Ministries (including HQS and technical specialists), as well as airline representatives, will be able to check the approval for entry using a simplified personal account created on the Public Services portal (Gosuslugi.ru).
