COVID-19 IN RUSSIA: ENTRY RESTRICTIONS LIFTED FOR INDIA, VIETNAM, FINLAND, QATAR
Please be informed that the Russian government has lifted restrictions on entry for citizens and permanent residents of India, Vietnam, Finland and Qatar as per the Decree No. 136-r dated 25.01.2021.
As we reported earlier
, Russia will resume passenger flights from these countries on 27 January 2021.
We would like to remind you that mentioned foreign nationals will be allowed though the Russian border only if they take a direct flight from the country of their citizenship or permanent residence.
